In 1983, Raymond established what has become one of the largest and most prolific architectural firms specializing in corporate architecture. RHA was ranked as the number 2 retail design firm according to McGraw-Hill's Architectural Record magazine in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Raymond graduated first in his class from the University of Oklahoma, where he was the Outstanding Senior in the College of Architecture. He is a Board Member of The University of Oklahoma College of Architecture and he was elected as the Outstanding Alumnus 2013-2014.
Raymond has authored The Anatomy of a Successful Firm, The Heart of Business, and The Love of Business. He is Chairman of the Board of Erwin Brothers Entertainment and is also an Executive Producer for the movies, I Can Only Imagine, October Baby, Woodlawn, and Moms' Night Out distributed by Sony Pictures and Lions Gate. Raymond has hiked all of the Continental U.S. National Parks.
Raymond and Marydel are blessed by their four adult children, their spouses and six grandchildren.
